It could be a single upgrade slot to additionally identify everyone's other medical info. Just not their finger prints, so as to keep enforcer database scrolling relevant.

So... A disk that cuts out a huge amount of the gameplay? I'm not really seeing how this would contribute positively to the experience.

I mean, couldn't the same be said about the sync disk that disables cold, stinky, and tired?

It could even be something like an internalized phone book instead, where you can recall all names to addresses initially, and then upgrade to add the faces to addresses.

#

It would leave homeless people an enigma to boot

#

The alternate upgrade path could be something like "Friend of the Streets" that identifies all of the homeless instead.

#

No question, a mid game sync disk idea

#

Or one to keep a lookout for on rare sync disk rewards at job listings

This would be absurdely OP, you just see someone, know their name and search it on the government database and know the fingerprint. Knowing someone's name is equal to knowing basically everything
