Employee photos should not have the fingerprints of the employee on them. Maybe just of a store manager or sth instead, because they hang them up.
You should be punished way harder for doing crimes yourself and it should be less easy to run from the police.
People should not have the note with their password in their night stands. The codebreaker should take way longer (I'm talking an ingame hour or so) and ppl who see a codebreaker should inform the police immediatly.
There should be more kinds of security systems. Shutting down the cameras in the same way always and everywhere gets kinda boring and annoying.
You shouldn't be able to run that fast. you should be down after one or max two bullets when getting shot.
The alarm should get triggered way faster when seen by a camera while performin an illegal action.
You should get chased down by another detective, when leaving fingerprints in places that are crime scenes already or when you create a crime scene by stealing a valueable from strangers. Maybe there should just be a button to put on gloves and putting them on takes 3 seconds but when seen in public with gloves, ppl get suspicious, so you need to take them off in public.
One time use lock picks shouldn't be a thing. It's not creating a diffculty, just an annoyance. Maybe just implement some kind of skill or tool to pick locks with different strengths or to speed up lock picking (or do actually make lock picks a bit rare or expensivem so that you aren't able to just by a few hundred at once).

ab that lockpicking thing: skyrim touches on this a bit but Atomic Heart is the best way this lock-picking issue by creating diversity in lock picking. Honestly looking back at that and connecting it to this game potentially adding electronic and maybe high tech locks could create potential entries to a room but may not be the only way in. I have yet to even open the game but I plan on just spending a couple days or so understanding the game and just running as a grey hat QA if I feel like it. Probably just add suggestions as I have quite a few, but I need to know what others have said and see what content the game has before I suggest anything as to avoid talking about things that may already be in the game or mentioned in this form.
