I think it would be a fun idea to add that. You could find out if there are any signs of fight by analyzing the body of the victim. This would allow to add more meaning into blood types, by being able to find not only blood of the victim but also of the assaulter. This could also provoke certain actions, like if the killer was injured during the assault they would need to report to the hospital and treat themselves. They could also get a couple of days of medical leave, and we could see who has a break from work in the appropriate workplace.
