Phone numbers in the index's instead of addresses + Listing changes

They're at payphones, so they should have phone numbers, right? You could still allow players to use them to find addresses by letting the player call someone at city hall (Operator) to request the information.

Additionally, businesses should be sorted separately from citizens, and should be formatted slightly differently to include the name of the business, phone number, address, and the type of business, like the yellow pages.

Both of these changes, I think, would help immersion, and the second would make developing a clear picture of the city and the locations generated easier for the player.
