Not sure if the lack of skip dialogue is intentional, so it takes time to question people, but for gameplay it would be nice to click to skip to next / back to dialogue options.

I would like to get through some interactions faster, but because dialogue and questioning are still happening in real time, all things timing come into play. The killer could strike while you’re talking to people. You could even see a perp walking by and have to make the decision to stop conversation to chase down that person. It feels thematically correct to not skip dialogue.

At the end of the day, it is a game and I often find myself wanting to skip dialogue.

So I don’t know if I’m for or against this.

I am for this because sometimes I accidentally select a dialog option, or they give me the same 'suspicious person' or 'do you know this person' answer as someone else. If I need to ask another question after that then I have to wait as they give me everything piecemeal
