#Frame should be reworked

In my opinion, the Frame syncdisk should be reworked. Height adjustments are a worthless change that are annoying at most (see: being tall and not being able to fit through doors yet somehow still able to hide under beds and in cupboards). Maybe with it affecting running speed, but that's a meager benefit.

My proposed solution is that since the concept of the syncdisk revolves around high/low heights, you can rework it as:

HIGH option - Allowing the player to jump higher
LOW option - Allow the player to move faster while crouching and in vents

Other suggestions are also welcome.

One suggestion I'd go with is that it changes how NPCs interact with you. Like if you go with every height upgrade, citizens might be intimidated by you and be more likely to share information.

Or perhaps if you get as short as possible, you might be mistaken for a child and NPCs will refuse to sell you alcohol. (but if you combine it with the Charm upgrade of the Beauty disc, some NPCs may even call you cute/adorable!)

even installing the disc on high gets you stuck when you go into street vendor trucks

Of course! Just that on one hand you can have Sherlock Holmes (over 6 feet tall!) and on the other hand you can have Detective Conan. (an elementary schooler)

I think Frame lets you reach vents when taller and hide behind objects when smaller, the other being harder for each option

i've been using added height a fair bit

its somewhat useful to reach cameras and vents yeah

but being constantly taller is a bit annoying

i've thought about removing it a few times cause its not THAT useful
