The more ways to manipulate the world around you, the better. It is an imsim after all. Being able to get someone to cooporate because you know a juicy secret of theres is cool, maybe you would even be able to make them do something for you, like making them snoop around their own workplace and then have them call / vmail you if they found something fishy.
