Require Victims partners to post outside for 1-2 hours after a murder happens

I jut had an instance where a murder was reported and I happened to get there before the enforcers, despite taking a stop at a pawn shop first.

I was able to knock and talk to the victim's partner before they got kicked out, and had the option to ask "Can I come in and take a look around?" which they said yes, and now i have crime scene access without having to sneak around.

Admittedly I did close the security doors and disable cameras too before Enforcers showed up, idk if that bought me time.. But that there's an option at crime scenes to ask partners "Can I come in and take a look around?" indicates there's an interaction that's being cancelled by enforcers Kicking them out.

Idk where vic's partners go when kicked out, and have had alot of trouble finding them after. But It would make sense and I think be feasible to make the deceased's partner stand by outside their Apt for questioning before disappearing into the city. While still counting them as within their residence to enable asking for that much coveted Crime scene access.

I had a situation like this before too, the victim's husband was not at his work, never returned home, never even went inside a building. Just kept walking in a circle with two gunshot wounds in his arms, refused to answer my questions, and drew a line of blood basically in a straight square around the building his wife died in,

I agree with your idea, because otherwise vic's partners wander around aimlessly until the murder is done and the body is gone.

The ability to go in crime scenes often cancels out the guest pass sometimes unfortunately, p sure the intention is once its a crime scene your "guest pass" is completely irrelevant as the enforcers are keeping people out regardless, it'd be nice if the spouse was forced to stay nearby regardless as their loved one just died or a witness being held for info.

I was walking around with the enforcers actually. They didnt kick me out

THat said i think i was in active dialogue with them asking for access when the enforcers showed up

So might have been a glitch on timing? But it felt so normal to have gotten "hired" as a P.I. by the vics' partner.

Maybe? I think the cordon off happens before the enforcers even get there. I had guest pass and they called the cops after (finally) realizing their loved one is dead in the next room and shortly after the room became a trespass zone despite guest pass still being active.

From what I've saw it's the enforcer that cordon off
it's not automatic

enforcers bust in and put up the tape but the trigger that marks the apartment as a bad zone can be placed earlier before the enforcer even enters the apartment complex.

Might try seeing if I can test this, just wait for a murder to be reported, rush over and try talking to the person before the enforcer kicks them out.
