currently the game lacks modding for example a buildings are exact same or things look same but different locations
so i will give idea
Murder creator - this is creates storylines for players to share or play on it
City creator - design your own city with different layout or sizes with Plots and also create subway lines or transport lines also Utility lines (power and secuirty etc)
Building creator - this would allow you design the building for example you want cram all citizens in 50 floor skycraper or want create Hosptial building with 3 floor basment filled with rooms for Morgue
also contains create Secuirty system and air ducts also add Utility lines such power lines if wanted
Room creator - this would create the rooms within the building for example - if you domt like speific apartment you can change out with modded apartment design but also allows create new rooms for usages for example create Office for Detectives to work in - in enforcers buidling
Script editor - this would create modded scripts for example tweak certain access to rooms - example remove restricted warning in some rooms for example storage room that has no uses
Item creator - create new things
Utility lines creator - creates the power lines or such also you can create mail system to get mail from others
