Command to disable non-emoji embeds

This includes:

• turning discord message links into a big embed box
  • e.g. <link will be edited in>
• forcibly turning any things like gif links into embeds
• turning emojis within these things (forgot name, sorry lol) into their embed formatting
  • e.g. ![catbounce](https://cdn.discordapp.com/emojis/919714728471846974.webp?size=128 "catbounce") to !CatBounce

I understand this can be overriden at times by putting <> around the link, but it's still annoying to deal with and jarring for people new to the bot. Thanks!

Just so you know, there's an !edit command which you can also get by right clicking the message, going to apps, and then the edit message button
