Situation:
Multiple servers, say, X & Y have emojis with same name, say, happy.

Action:
User sends .

Intent:
User wants to use happy from server X.

Observed behaviour:
NQN sends emoji from server Y.

Proposed workflow / behaviour:
Provide a way to have a server being preferred when a user uses an emoji. NQN should search emoji from the preferred servers first before looking for it in other servers.

Ref. Post in #1019641606736990298 where I asked how to do this, turned out this was impossible.

The suggestion was to use !alias search command. But that is practically impossible, the user can't go about searching 660+ happy emojis for the emoji they want. Not to mention other emojis of the servers.

User shouldnt use alias search. He should click on desired emoji he sees in server and add it as his alias emoji. (Rename it, I guess).

But yea, if someone wants more various emojis of same name this gets tedious task. So idea is good.

Aliasing is fine for per emoji preference. A server may have 200+ emojis, you don't want to keep setting aliases.
