To clear a few things, Pre-Alpha is already ongoing since Nov 17th 2021. see link: https://clockwork-labs.medium.com/press-release-november-17-2021-2fb635a15cf you just have to be patient to be invited as a tester.
If asking about Alpha stage there isn't any exact approximate time, the devs will probably announce that when it comes close. See: #bitcraft-chat message
