#ping

this has been answered in #dev-faq already (<#dev-faq message>).
They did not see any ping issues from all around the world.
Besides, having a lot of people in one world shouldn't affect the ping too much. Especially since your game will only load a small amount of players (those that are in some proximity, not literally everyone)
ah, from new zealand. i get 200-400 ping on any american server no matter what the game, (roblox/minecraft/valorant)
if pvp does arise, then itll be a disadvantage for me and i hope that i wont be teleporting randomly or having hits registered lately when im hitting a cow
Also, ping lag tends to more of an issue when you are in PvP environments - less of an issue in what kind of game BitCraft is looking to be
gotcha

Q: Will there be PvP?
A: There is currently no combat PvP in BitCraft. BitCraft emphasizes competition between groups of players, rather than character vs character direct combat. That does not mean that there will never be combat PvP, but it will not be added to the detriment of other play styles or game systems.
though I've played other "one server" games that are built on PvP (Eve) and playing with people from NZ without any noticeable lag issues.
ah alr
