internet safety tips incomming

as a general rule when expecting an email, take note of the web address of the company (bitcraftonline.com)
any email not from that address will be spam

don't just look at the name in the from column. on some devices the actual email address is hidden behind a name that looks like an email address

so on an iphone's Mail app you might see "alpha@bitcraftonline.com" when you look in your inbox and when you open the email

but if you click on that email address after you open the email you'd see it was just a name and there's actually a different email address... something like "alpha@b1tcr4ft0nl1n3.com"
or alpha@btcraftonline.com
or 2hdfg1igfns11zrjo1dfjgoqqhj2ncvowe@btnovascorn.sco

on desktop email addresses it might look like alpha.bitcraftonline.com ( 2hdfg1igfns11zrjo1dfjgoqqhj2ncvowe@btnovascorn.sco )

that's how you identify a scam
