its free and open source

theres also sai and clip studio but these are both paid with free trials

if your willing to spend money, procreate is really nice and has an easy to learn interface especially for beginners if you're willing to spend the $10 but otherwise id definitely recommend clip studio paint, it has a lot of really cool features
