Here is the order in which I did things that caused my client to freeze and make me unable to move or interact with anything.

I built a large t3 stone chest.

Opened a large t2 wood chest and large t3 stone chest at the same time.

Moved items over to the large t3 stone chest from the large t2 wood chest.

Renamed the large t3 stone chest.

Deconstructed the large t2 wood chest.

Shift right-click the large t3 stone chest and select move building. ---- This is the moment the client breaks and I'm unable to move, close the shift click menu, target anything else. I am able to open the escape menu still. If I logout and relog in the situation is the same and requires me to close out of the game and relaunch the client which fixed it until I proceeded to make another chest.

It isn't too much of a problem overall for me but I figured I should report it since it seemed to be a repeatable bug.

A video example of a very similar issue (was going to report this separately, but will use this topic as it seems very similar).

As shown, I can move my player and buildings around without issue until I deconstruct something (in this case, the farm plot). Afterward, I am unable to deconstruct any building without re-logging the client. If (while in this state) I then try to move any building, the player essentially gets locked up completely (unable to move or interact). In my case, even the menus break, requiring an ALT-F4 to close the game (the in-game menu doesn't work).

This did not happen to me prior to most recent patch.

Im having this same problem inside my house, very frustrating when trying to upgrade all your furniture :/.

In my case, I found a work around where I can deconstruct a plot, run into my house, exit the house (which I assume does some type of map reload) and then I can deconstruct again. As long as I don't try to 'move any buildings' after doing a deconstruct, I can avoid the player lockup situation.

Just making you aware as this may be possible to do in your situation but in reverse (run outside between each deconstruct).
