Buy Order Doesn't Take All Sell Orders

Just now, I put in a buy order for 100 T5 raw meat at a price of 50 hex each. There was already 4 pieces of meat on the market, at a price of 15 hex each. For some reason, my buy order only purchased 3 of the 4 pieces of meat, leaving 1 still on the market
