Leather gear

I feel like the leather gear needs more stamina or we need a quick swap ability because vaulting and unvaulting is just not cutting it every time I need or want to change gear to get more stamina. I feel like every piece of gear should be relatively close to each other in stamina because right now, its a PITA to swap gear.
