Brico wants T10 Flawless Timber at level 100+ so no problem there. I guess you are just low level.

I think it's a solid way of making the game work in a way where newcomers can be helpful even to those who have played the game a lot, and won't feel left out like in most MMOs
Think about it, do you know another MMO where someone having played 20 minutes can help someone having played 100 hours do anything really meaningful ?

It isn't based on profession, but on the skill, so for Brico you need 20 construction to get T2 tasks
