My web-browser inventory reflects 2 Elenvar star fragments, only one appeared in my vault.

Same, I have more on my HUB page. Only half are appearing in game.

you can only have one pet of each type in your vault. in the future when you can trade them this won't be an issue.

How do you tell what is the type? I have 2 cubes so that's already more than 1.
