I would love to see a new chat channel/filter/toggle that is broadcasted to the claim that you are in that announces the Player Name, Tier, Amount of Effort at Workstation each time someone toggles and starts a shared craft. This way those that just want to run around a claim and help people will see messages like: Kemble, has started a new T6 Peerless Wispweave Products Craft for 51,060 Effort at a Peerless Farming Station and has requested assistance.

I think a "Job Board" item than just highlights all group crafts and which benches they are on, would be a better route, so even randoms who visit know they can help

Or...do like the self checkout aisle at the grocery store and have an indicator light on the flag pole or something when there's an available craft. I've got to say though, I'm a HUGE fan of the shared crafting feature...this is exactly what we needed to offset the insanity that is higher tier crafting. This one change I think will prove to be crucial to the long-term viability of the game.
