Randomly cant access cart inventory have to fully close game to fix!!!!!

Randomly while im playing ill go to open my cart invintory and cant access it and cant use the ESC key and have to fully close the game and reopen it to fix this!

shift right click the cart and click view inventory. at least that normally work
