Would it be possible to establish a permission options for settlement/empire leaders? Options such as:

-Access to stations on a settlement/empire
-Chest access

With the dynamics within small and large communities in the game and the fact that there are no restrictions to how many settlements players can join, giving the leader the option to manage their communities to avoid address trolling of other players joining a settlement to merely rob that settlement of all their materials.

As of right now leaders do have the ability to allow chest access to members, but what if we only want certain chests to be accessible by certain members vs just having access to "ALL" chests on the settlement.

This will allow for communities who do wish to have open access to their members but can restrict certain chests to just a handful of members. I know there there are deeds for personal chests and even the use of the bank, but with all the different time zones of the players, there are times when players cannot be online at the same time to access items. This way, the leader can assign certain public chests that can be used as mailbox's, for example, allowing for only two members to access for the sake of transferring important materials between the two and not having to wait for the other to actually be online due to time zones.
