Mounts and carts / wagons in biomes like rocky gardens / pine forest etc.

i like the differnt biomes and the way resources are spread out between them all, but the areas like rockay gardens where your up and down every few blocks is rought with the movement in game right now, and with mounts not being about to traverse terrain is a problem, carts are pretty much uesless in these areas, i think there should be different levels in these areas but not every few hexs
