Logout on teleport

Whenever I teleport to places using a Waystone, it completes the animation / countdown and teleports, but when I land it logs me out. If this is what's meant to happen, I apologise.

Same happens to me every time I cross a region border on a boat. And it also happened to my passenger.

I just sailed accross the region, and it logged me out.
