Hi Kevosauruss,

We're a small group that currently has 5 members, we're located on the waterside and in close proximity to Spruce, Autumn forest and Calm Forest biomes. (walk or a short swim). We have a large capital city near us for larger projects and are currently a tier 3 settlement (actively organising for tier 4)

We'd like to grow to about 10 players so people could specialize more in their chosen field. Though we see the merits of doing several things sometimes.

Our settlement has been described as cozy, things make sense and things don't feel needlessly cluttered.
