Feature Request: Plant Trees in other biomes

I'm trying to redesign our capital city and went to plant some Beech Trees, however, the game is preventing me from planting them as they're not part of the same biome. I'd like that to change so that we can create some biodiversity and be more deliberate about what we're planting in our areas.
