Don't think this is a bug, rather a design choice, you get a faster mount in exchange for no cargo slots.

Ahh ok. If that's the case, though its not that noticeable of a speed difference. Balance is good, but im not sure paying 350% more in gold for the deer than a Goat mount, is worth it.

Maybe ill find someone with a goat so we can compare speeds later.

Same thing here, I don't think it's intended. My guess it's that it's a leftover from the stress test where everyone got free deer mounts for faster travel (with no inventory since most of the game was disabled)

The deer isnt even that much faster than the goat which might also be an oversight
