Cant rotate NPC traders on village claim

Like in title. I bought voucher and playced NPC. I can initiate rotate like for buildings, "shadow" of NPC is rotating after pressing Q/E but despite that after placement he still looks in same direction. It works ok for buildings afak. Confirmed for other players from same claim.
