when terraforming, the project window showing the elevation change and the Dig/Stop button has the effort requirement and progress, and while digging, there is a different progress bar shown over player stats that shows different and incorrect requirement and progress stats. On the bright side, you can increase or decrease elevation by more than one step in a single go. That is nice.
