i had to recover my cart because i couldnt click it from any direction because it was within the clicking area of a crafting station. the cart was fairly full of stuff i had crafted and gathered. when i re-deployed the cart from the vault it was completely empty and when i went to the recovery chest there was nothing to recover. i really dont mind having to get all the stuff again but i felt you should be aware of this issue. I play the charactor Kordeth in game

If hitboxes like that overlap, shift right click to pull up the context menu, that should let you select the cart
But also in general you can use cart inventories from crafting a decent bit away, so I just wouldn’t worry about placing it too close

I too, have experienced this issue quite a few times where walking up to a station will literally blend the cart in with the station, and then you can't get it back. I have learned to drop the cart a couple of inches away from the station, but we shouldn't have to do that.It's an obvious bug that needs fixed
