During the refferal I have binded the wrong discord account, can I bind my actual one in some way?

I initially connected as 'karmasutra' claimed all exp around 1300 yesterday ,but today when I opened everything is set nil and when i tried to grab the same task again it says ,discord ,twitter,etc are already in use ,how should I get my initial account back with claimed exp 1300.

It also linked my alternate account instead of this account for me too. Not sure why it did that.
