I'm assuming any old VPN will work if the game is blocked in Russia, also PayPal is commonly used to pay for stuff in some games, you could make a french or Spanish PayPal account and use that to pay for in game stuff, but you won't be able to deposit money in the PayPal account from a Russian bank
