Curious what you mean by application? The website sign-up only asks for your email.

Sign-ups are put into a pool and people are chosen at random for pre-alpha testing waves.

The applicatiom basically asks you for your email, then what game genres you prefer. Then it says that acceptance emails will be released iirc

Not familiar with that application. The only thing I've ever gotten (or heard of) was an email verification & newsletters. There was an additional survey for content creators to fill out, but I'm unaware of anything for normal testers.
