Your question is not clear, BitCraft is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG). You will already be in the same world with other players, so why do you need dedicated servers?
The same with mods, how do you imagine a game with game modifications on servers, where besides you there will be a bunch of people who do not have the same modification. You may have confused mods and addons.
I will say right away that I am not part of Clockwork Labs, so my answer may not be correct.

Generally speaking dedicated servers wouldn’t be a good idea for the health of the game, as backwards as the sounds. With the entire community being in one world, dividing it between multiple servers pulls away a lot of the life of the main one, meaning less activity overall
Plus if just need to get away from everyone else, just go deep into the wilderness I suppose, the world will be big
