Neither, actually. Maybe.
Although resets of the server are not impossible, I doubt that it would happen. Instead, natural resources respawn after time, and player built structures decay after a certain amount of time without repairs.

The answer is that there may be one wipe ever and that is after pre aplpha

But no the world is infinitely expanding with decay wipes wouldn’t be necessary
