I wanted to mark a building so I could "build where it is" because I destroyed too many things and the replacement couldn't fit there so i had to rebuild.

This led to BARC, which can do that, but for keeps. Currently once a building is marked, you're destroying it. Hopefully i get there today.

Blue Tool Group Containing 3 Tools
Clear Land is both demolish buildings and mark resources for demolition. Vanilla tools, same selector, no demo confirmation. Resources have to be removed still.
Reclaim Land is the core of the corps here, it marks buildings to be destroyed by builders and refunds 100% of resources to rubble in it's place.
Cancel Reclaim will instantly destroy the building and refund 75% like a normal demolition.

I got in trouble for using an AI-generated banner on Keystone too today, haha. But if it works so well..

Real talk: I do a lot of my own art, but if people get uppity about modders using AI for banners or images, then that's on that person and not the modder. It's pretty selfish (imo) of people to complain about a free mod using free development hours but then expect said modders to pay an artist or spend time generating a banner.
