Loss of items and carrots when entering and exiting the game

Hello, I'm writing to ask about a bug that's been happening to my girlfriend quite a bit. She does things in the game, and when she exits and logs back in, she doesn't get the same number of carrots as before; she always gets fewer, and the game doesn't register her harvests or the items she bought before exiting. Do you know how to fix this?

It sounds like she's exiting the game too fast, and is losing her progress as a result. Can try giving the game time to do a save, such as by staying in the game for a little longer, or by moving to a different location, and see if that helps

can have her try to do manual saves, or cloud saves before closing Tsuki (checking it’s done correctly) it’s kinda of a bother doing it like this but since forcing a save is not working, I’d suggest doing saves so the progress isn’t lost but it’s not really a fix

Oh, also have her check how much storage she has left on her phone. If there’s not enough storage space, the game may not be able to save the file

@turbid sail @rain sluice Hi again, the bug stopped happening, but it just happened to my girlfriend and she lost all her progress in the event. We've tried everything you suggested, but the only solution I see is to save locally, but that would mean doing it every time I quit playing.

until there’s a solution or a dev can check this, as I previously suggested, try to do manual saves. I know it’s bothering but it’s just so she isn’t losing her progress every time.
And also, is her using an iPhone or Android?

How much space does your gf in the cloud? Since it is always default to a date sounds like space in the cloud. If there is space in the cloud, there is a process that worked when i got a new device had a very old save shown on the new device.

1. Export your save and import on the other device. The meta data should now match and the cloud save on the 2nd device should now sync through the cloud.
   If that did not work, try this... it is a process (you will go back and forth between both devices).
2. On the phone you why to transfer from go to settings and at the bottom it so say "Last save on..." you can validate this by tapping the cloud icon and you should see the date/time.
3. On the phone you want to play from save select the latest cloud save, play the game and confirm the save is stored to the cloud from option 1.
4. Go back to the other device and start the game you should be prompted if you want restore from cloud, say no and select use local. Play the game and check the save from 1.
5. Now both devices should sync the saves.

FYI: i have 3 devices and I sync my save between them pretty successfully

It's Android, so I suggested to my girlfriend that every time she enters the game she manually exports the save file and sends it to me via Whatsapp so I have it there.

We checked and she has plenty of space; she only plays on one device. I find it very strange that this happened since it's never happened to me before, but anyway, what we did was save it to the cloud and uninstall it. Let's see if that method stops the game from failing to save.

When she does something does she immediately exit the game? Have her wait by going to other locations then exit.

Also, make sure if she is prompted to restore from cloud to select use local.
