Crops not collected

Sometimes when I collect my crops and come back later it marked them not collected and I don't have them on my box neither
I've noticed that a long time ago (maybe more then 4 months) but I didn't have screenshots of it but I finally have some !

I'm always connected to wifi and I have the 1.12.72 version

That happens to be its because when you close the game after harvesting i think it doesnt save, so after harvesting go to a different location to save and then close the game

Happens with decorating too
