Try to restore from cloud. The achievement does not affect status of the game. You can still have the achievements even when you start the game from the beginning

In Google play, uninstall the game. Then on the top right corner switch profile to the account that purchased the homecoming and reinstall.
Another solution is to uninstall the additional accounts from your device, reinstall the game, then add the accounts back
