3 Paper Crane Frames in Town Hall - unable to select, move, delete/remove

I have 6 paper crane frames in town hall for some reason. I only own 5 paper crane frames. There are 3 in a row that I am unable to select, move, and/or delete/remove. The 3 that I cannot interact with are the bottom 3. I did not place these. I only placed 3 on the top near the town hall wall. Then couldn't place anything else, closed the app, then re-opened, and found 3 paper crane frames on the bottom.

I have attached a screen recording. You can't see that I am tapping the paper crane frames, but I am tapping on the bottom 3 at the end of the recording.

Not a bug, those are event decorations and can not be removed during the event.

@sinful shore thanks for the info. The only reason I posted was because they were not initially there when I opened my game (it was already updated). I had decorated that area prior to the event, and they weren't there, then I removed some walls, and then they were there.
