Drum mini game with Paige is softlocking

Hey! So I didn't even know this was a mini game I just tapped on Paige as I noticed she had a new outfit for this event and it started the mini game. When the drums appear though nothing happens, there is no beat to follow there's just a drum on the screen. I can move the screen but that's it. If I close the app and reopen it just goes right back to the mini game so I can't leave the area or the mini game. So currently the game is unplayable for me and I'm just trapped here 😭. Please help, thank you!

You litterally went to the leave minigame option at the end of the video

I tried opening it after a couple hours and it does work now. There is an option to leave the mini game but the game has to work first for it to appear.

Very similar thing happened to me (Pixel 7). For some reason it worked when I tapped the drum with the middle of my thumb instead of my fingertips. Hope it gets resolved for you

hiii, I have the same problem with Xiaomi 14T, OS version 14. I tried several times going out of the app and coming back in, it's still the same.

You may have to wait untill after the time slot for when Paige returns to the shop or even just leave the app for a few hours. That worked for me and I was able to leave the area

Hi, I've got the same issue, I have a Xiaomi Redmi note 12 pro. The drum doesn't detect my tapping it or anything and, I noticed that when I tap the drum and drag my finger, I end up moving the background.

next version doesn't allow you to start the minigame if your phone is muted + paige mentions it, also prevents external audio hijacking during the minigame

I tried playing around with the volume settings of my phone hoping to suddenly have it work but no luck

I dont have a very new iphone but on mine there is a physical button that when toggled mutes message sounds

You gotta turn that one off

As a little update it strangely worked about 2 hours later and let me complete the practice and one song before teleporting me back to Tsuki’s house

I haven't had the issue since it first occurred but I'll try the mini game again tonight and see if it bugs again or not
