When looking through your inventory and you interact with items you own, you are able to star or padlock (either one) which prevents you from being able to sell it in shop unless you disable it through going in inventory again, and there will be a new category where you can find the items that you put the star or padlock on
simply prevents accidental selling and makes it easier to find the items you specifically like
