did you do anything in particular before this?
also if you stay on this screen for a while it should ask you if you want to export a save, do that in case a dev wants to have a look at what the problem might be and then if you have a recent save in stock you can import that one and it should resolve the problem (but you'll lose your progress between the save and the bug)
(but wait a bit if anyone has a better option)
Wait for the prompt to export your save and then clear your cache and see if it will start
I was just playing and the next day, when I tried to play it again, this happened. It has been three days now and it’s still like that :c

Hello. I am currently experiencing the same issue, it is day 3. I have waited over 10 minutes and have not gotten a prompt to export a save. Should I wait more or try again another day?
try to restart your phone also, sometimes it helps
if it doesn't then wait a few hours and try to wait for the prompt again
I did try, I will continue to do so and will let you know if/when it works

It still doesn't work, I have tried this for 6 days in a row, after 30 mins I still do not get a prompt to export a save. Is there anything else I could do? If I deleted the app and downloaded it again, would I lose my progress and Homecoming?
it should have ur cloud save, do you not have any manual saves before?
No, I don't have any manual saves
I deleted and reinstalled the app, that helped, I was able to use the save from the last time I could open the game
