Benny keeps endlessly repeating his ending speech about spreading holiday cheer through presents. i repeated this 6 or 7 times off camera before i gave up because it's such a long interaction lol. i've already finished the quest and have the shovel. he doesn't just do this in the mayors office, but also did it at momo/bobo's last night.

This bug also blocks quests.
I'm supposed to talk to Benny to get repair parts for the junker but I can't get any dialogue other than the one he's stuck on, so I can't complete it.
I hope I'll be able to complete the quest later when the bug is fixed.

I have the same bug. I did the Xmas quest last year. So I already had the shovel but can't make snowmen anymore though. And Benny is on repeat mode since I completed new Xmas quest. I'm also on Android.
