I bought the Christmas gift in the shop for 1500 carrots and when I opened it, the game deleted the items and kicked me out and restarted itself. When I relogged, the carrots and all of the items from it were gone. I have a screenshot of the items I got from it before they were gone.

I’m experiencing this same issue but on iOS, I thought maybe it was my fault or I was being forgetful but I started taking screenshots to be sure and decorating Tsuki’s house and everything was disappearing/changing back. The app even asked me to reload my last cloud save because something went wrong. (I’m also experiencing snow/snowmen disappearing, basically any progress I’m making after getting the shovel keeps being faulty).

the game crashed during the opening so i couldnt save
