The number of watermelons is split, and when I use a watermelon from the top stack, it only reduces the bottom stack, while the top pack increases when I buy more seeds.

the stacks displayed on that tab is based on ur bag actually 
that's why when you buy new seeds, it goes to the first stack
but yeah
there is no automatic sorting in the game yet

maybe the reason why you got 2 stacks is bcs, at some point, you've reached 99+ seeds
but then you consume the first stack first
