Update Inventory/Slot Locking mod

Add an option to lock a specific item instead of a slot, so no matter in which slot you get the item you are not able to drop it, also add a option to lock the slot for droping it in your hotbar and not lock the droping on the inventory. Pown's Better Drop mod works exactly like that. Its Useful for pvp players but also for skyblock players (since it seems like they get all the attention)
