Make all cosmetic wings scaleable

I think it would be beneficial to have the option to have all wings be scalable to change how they look on a person's avatar, everyone prefers something a little different. I also just think with capes especially some wings don't look the best but could be fixed with a little tweaking and scaling to fit better, but majority of wings don't have this option!

For example, the image I attached the wings peak out of the cape awkwardly, the squares look a little off in my opinion, but with scaling I would be able to hide them behind my cape etc. Just a thought! obviously not a ground breaking suggestion but could help with customization!
