Mod Updating

Could you please fix this bug.
When I add mods such as Sodium or Lithium etc. they show as single mods displayed. However if you update the mods or if you leave the mod screen and then go back to it there is a copy of those mods but on an older mod version than the last.
This is really annoying because when it creates copies of that mod it kinda lags my game.
